This week we work on attacks from mount. Apart from back control this is one of the strongest places to be in BJJ.
The drill this week is the S walk. This will help you with your balance and movement for one of the attacks we are using.
We pair up chokes with arm attacks for a “double trouble” effect. As they can’t defend both at the same time. Remember whilst they are defending they also can’t be looking to escape!
For the advanced video this week we revisit the triangle. This can be difficult to finish from the top position but rolling to your back goes against one of the main mantra's. Position before submission.
